Treat yourself to an immersive breathwork exploration, in beautiful surroundings and luxurious accommodation.
In Breathe and Begin, you’ll learn how to use Conscious Connected Breathing as a foundation for growth, both personal and professional. Whether you wish to deepen your own practice, integrate breathwork as a personal tool to be more present into your work as a coach, therapist or counsellor, or simply reconnect with your inner sacred self, this retreat gives you the space and guidance to explore.
You’ll discover the Five Elements of breathwork and learn how these principles can support transformation, resilience and self-connection both within sessions and your daily life.
Between sessions, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor swimming in the loch, hiking through the surrounding hills and forests, or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub, the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with nature.
This immersive program is going to help you to not only release and restore, to create a sense of freedom into yourself, but also to understand and integrate breathing tools you can use long after the retreat ends.
This retreat is for you if:
No prior experience with breathwork is required, only a willingness to explore the power of the breath.

Conscious Connected Breathing is a gentle yet powerful breathwork practice that involves continuous, rhythmic breathing without pause between the inhale and exhale. This technique encourages deep relaxation, allowing the thinking mind to quieten, which helps release tension, support emotional healing, and integrate difficult experiences. Breathwork also detoxifies your body, supports the functioning of several major bodily systems and increases your vitality. During a breathwork session you may experience a range of thoughts, feelings and sensations as some aspect of your experience is “shifted”. The positive change that is experienced in the breath session is then reflected in your life.
“Everyone should benefit from one of these retreats at least once a year. Once you are there, you realise how valuable these few days are for your body, mind and soul. Fabiana and John Paul were excellent guides, both in the structure and in term of emotional connection and support.”
